Patch of Heaven Farm is a small, family-owned farm in southeastern Wisconsin. We raise pastured poultry, free-range eggs, hogs, and sheep. We believe fresh food not only tastes better but is better for you. Our goal is to raise the best and share that goodness with the world.

We have been busy tending to our expanding garden and are thrilled that our farm stand is officially open! The farm stand is open for self-service daily. Swing by and grab your free range eggs, all-natural produce and herbs, fresh baked goods and more!
Free-range, Farm Fresh
Our chickens spend their days foraging and roaming free enjoying all the treats nature has to offer. They spend their nights cozy in their coop. Happy hens lay healthy eggs and we have some pretty happy hens! Hungry? Swing by our farm stand and grab a few dozen of the freshest eggs around. (Eggs are in the cooler!)
Pastured Poultry
Our meat birds are raised on pasture for the majority of their lives. They are housed in chicken tractors to protect them from predators and the elements. Tractors are moved frequently to ensure the birds have access to clean, fresh greens and bugs. As they move, the birds provide a great fertilizer to help improve the pasture for our other animals and future flocks.
